Equipping more young people, undergraduates and early career engineers with the skills to thrive in the semiconductor industry.
The UKESF has a growing portfolio of projects, events and initiatives that inspire and support young people to discover Electronics, build confidence and skills, and unlock pathways that can transform their futures.
Our activities are designed for students – from primary through to undergraduate – as well as teachers. They bring Electronics to life, showing how it shapes the world around us while helping young people develop curiosity, self-belief, and the practical and transferable skills that open doors to further study, careers, and lifelong opportunity.
To date, more than a quarter of secondary schools in the UK have used our resources. From hands-on projects with Electronics equipment to meaningful work experience and industry engagement, our programmes broaden horizons, raise aspirations, and connect young people to real possibilities.
