Electronics and Computer Science Taster Course at Southampton

In July 2017 the UKESF again supported the University of Southampton’s Electronics and Computer Science Taster Course, which gives students aged 16+ the opportunity to apply relevant skills, work in groups, investigate and design solutions to real problems in undergraduate labs.

The UKESF arranged for Scholarship Scheme sponsor companies to support the course’s networking event. We also encouraged our Southampton-based scholars to volunteer as student ambassadors and mentors, and sponsored their t-shirts, to promote the UKESF.
