In the UK, II-VI has advanced manufacturing and development facilities in a state-of-the-art Fab located in Newton Aycliffe, Co Durham, with 310,000 ft2 of space housing a 100,000 ft2 Manufacturing area, 50,000 ft2 of this being Class 100 Cleanroom.
What you could be doing during your work placement
During your placement you will work alongside various engineering teams who are responsible for the exciting new challenges of developing our existing and new technologies, which enable us to grow our diverse portfolio of semiconductor and laser technologies.
