The interactive online tool is designed to encourage creativity and exploration. It relates directly to aspects of the Key Stage 3 National Curriculum in England (covering wave theory), including Music, Physics and Computing.

Explore-a-Synth was developed by the AudioLab (part of the University of York’s Department of Electronic Engineering) in collaboration with the UKESF, with support from the Engineering Education Grant Scheme via The IET and IMechE.
