Common Misconceptions About Electronics

“I think that one of the biggest misconceptions about Electronics is that engineers in this field spend all their time in a dark lab without any windows and with billions of wires cabled around them. There are numerous different roles that vary dramatically, from an analogue layout engineer who is responsible for placing devices on the transistor level, to the higher level implementation done by an embedded systems engineer. Nevertheless, the best part is that everyone has to work together and therefore the job involves constant interaction with colleagues.”
