UKESF sponsors Smallpeice Trust course in 2018

In 2018 the UKESF is continuing its partnership with The Smallpeice Trust through sponsorship of a residential course in Aerospace Electronics, taking place at the University of Southampton from 6th to 9th August.

Attendees will have the opportunity to explore the electronics at the heart of modern aerospace systems and avionics through hands-on activities in Southampton’s state-of-the-art undergraduate labs and lectures by leading researchers and academics, as well as getting a first taste of university life. The timetable also includes visits to the nanofabrication centre and high voltage laboratories, and the chance to meet aerospace engineers from leading UK companies.

The course is open to 16–17-year-olds, costs £325 and can be booked here.
