11 New Companies Join Scholarship Scheme for 2018 Applications
The UKESF is celebrating a record number of new sponsoring companies for its prestigious Scholarship Scheme this year, with 11 new companies joining the scheme for the 2018 round of applications. This takes the total number of companies offering scholarships to 39.
The scheme provides the most dedicated Electronics undergraduates from UKESF Partner Universities with an annual bursary and paid summer work placement, in addition to a range of other benefits.
CEO Stew Edmondson commented, “Having 11 new companies join our Scholarship Scheme is fantastic and demonstrates the strength of our proposition. These companies come from across the whole of the Electronics sector and include some really exciting scale-ups. They are offering students really great opportunities to gain invaluable work experience.”
Each company will interview a number of relevant applicants and go on to provide sponsorship and professional support to one or more successful scholars. Employers interested in joining the scheme can find out more here.
