Summer Workshops
The UKESF Summer Workshops are 4 day residential courses for scholars run during the university summer vacations at our partner universities. The workshops are delivered in collaboration with Semta and the IET.
The aims of the workshops are:
- To inform and inspire scholars about the engineering challenges in design, technology and manufacturing in the electronics sector.
- To provide professional development training sessions to complement scholars' undergraduate degree learning.
- To offer a visit to see electronics technology in use, for example in an industrial, medical or entertainment setting.
- To provide an opportunity to meet and network with other scholars and inspirational engineers from the sector.
