DominicDominic is currently undertaking a 12-month work placement with API Technologies RF2M Division and is enjoying experiencing a wide variety of different jobs and tasks. At the end of this year, he will return to the University of Surrey to continue his MEng degree programme in Space Technology & Planetary Exploration.

JulietteJuliette has a keen interest in music as well as electronics, so decided on the University of York to pursue both her interests concurrently. She picked Dialog for her scholarship as it’s a fast growing company with a diversity of products and there is a chance for a placement abroad. At Dialog she worked on driver programming and running circuit stability simulations.

MattMatt is about to enter the final year of his MEng in Electronic Engineering at the University of Southampton. He has just completed his second summer work placement with Imagination Technologies in the PURE Digital Division working as a Software Development Engineer on new features for their products.

MichaelMichael has entered his third year at Imperial College London doing a MEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. He has completed his first summer placement with ARM where he worked in the Processor Division.

RaresRares is a 3rd year student in Edinburgh, on a Beng in Electronics and Electrical Engineering with Management degree. He has completed his summer internship at CSR where he worked in RF Systems, an area he is especially interested in.

TomTom has just started the final year of his MEng in Electronic Engineering at the University of Southampton. He has completed his summer work placement with Aptina and worked on various projects including firmware, testbench design/debugging and SystemVerilog. Tom also attended the UKESF Summer Workshop this year where his team won the prize for the best project finding a solution to a business problem.
